Jacelle - Improvisational Dance Teacher Leah a.k.a. Jacelle was born in Tallahassee. She has studied modern and Swing Dance. Leah has danced with several performing groups and has spent several years teaching Swing Dance. She started taking classes with Julianna in 2004 and has taken several workshops with other teachers including traveling to California to take extensive classes with Jim Boz. She loves dancing with wings and teaches wings and improvisational style Belly dance. She is currently studying Tribal Fusion while still learning Egyptian style belly dance and is an active member of the Dendera Dancers.
Rasine - Advanced Class Teacher
Alison a.k.a. Rasine was born in Chicago. When her family moved to Tampa in 2001 she started taking belly dance classes at Donna Marie's School of Dance in the predominantly Greek town of Tarpon Springs, Florida. After two years, Alison started studying Lebanese-style belly dance with Sevdiye Dede va Yaseman and the moved on to study Turkish-style belly dance with Zohr. Now she lives in Tallahassee, Florida studying Egyptian Style dance with Julianna of the Women's Belly Dance Center.
She is an active member of the Dendera Dancers and she teaches her innovative and creative style adding to and blending all that she has learned to create a unique style of oriental Dance.
Alison is also a member of the Florida State Belly Dancers and the 2007-2008 organizational President.
Nashwa - Intro and Beginning Dance Teacher Natalie a.k.a. Nashwa hails to us from the State of West Virginia where she studied Turkish-style belly dance. She started belly dance in 1999 when she wanted to do ballroom and for lack of a partner she tried belly dance instead and found it much more satisfying than ballroom. She has studied with Conchi and also Morrocco. Now she lives in Tallahassee, Florida teaching her love of dance while continuing her studies with Julianna and is an active member of the Dendera Dancers
 Ziza - Intro to Tribal Fusion Colleen a.k.a. Ziza was born in Tallahassee, Florida She started belly dancing in 2006 under the direction of Julianna and fell in love with this wonderful art form. Even though cabaret Egyptian belly dance is her first love she has found the challenges of Tribal Fusion just as satisfying. After much studying, taking workshops and working with Jacelle she has gained the confidence to teach. She is wonderful to work with and will help you to dance the very best you can. She is an active member of the Dendera Dancers  Dolly a.k.a. Arden Turkish Style Dance Arden” has been dancing since her days in college at Penn State. She has attended years of formal instruction as well as many workshops with the likes of Farasha Jordelemain, Dalia Carella, Artemis Mourat and Zhaleh Fereshteh.. She has been dancing in Tallahassee since 2000 and is a been a member and co-founder of the of the Dendera Dancers. |
